Frequently Asked Questions

Questions before you collect?

Find your reference, check progress, and prepare for collection.

Use the parcel reference on your receipt. If you cannot find it, contact the station where the parcel was sent.

Public tracking URLs show only non-sensitive milestone events (e.g. Registered, In Transit, Arrived). Full phone numbers, sender names, internal staff notes, payment details, and declared item contents are strictly redacted and accessible only by authenticated station staff.

The intended flow is a unique 6-digit one-time code (OTP) sent to the receiver’s phone at the destination station, with station staff verifying it before release. This homepage and public tracking route are currently a demo preview, so the live collection workflow is still being connected.

Company administrators manage their stations, routes, tariffs, and staff from the company workspace.
